DUI
I have developed an expertise in defending DUI cases. I have won numerous DUI jury trials and have obtained hundreds of dismissals and thousands of reductions to lesser charges such as inattentive driving. I understand every aspect of DUI defense including license suspension hearings with the DOT, ignition interlock orders and breath machine calibration and training procedures. There are many procedures that must be followed to the T and there are special calibrations that must be performed on the testing machine. Even if you think that there is no defense, you are usually wrong, Many times procedures aren’t followed or simply your charge can be reduced by getting the prosecutor to understand that this is out of character for you and to show you mercy.
I have defended thousands of drug cases ranging from Federal Trafficking Methamphetamine and Marijuana down to simple marijuana possession cases. Drug Delivery and Distribution to paraphernalia and frequenting.

Domestic Violence cases have many collateral consequences such as loss of gun rights. Also if you are found guilty you may have to take a weekly class for an entire year. Many of these cases can be resolved without these drastic consequences.
